WHOOP WHOOP!!
I got a yoga DVD from my mum last week and I've done the exercises twice now. I'm pretty cumbersome since I've got short muscles (I guess it's because I'm not stretching enough..), but after just done yoga twice in a couple of days, I already feel much more relaxed! I've done yoga before but it was a pretty long time ago.. Since my muscles are a little tence and I'm stressing too much at the moment I thought I should give this DVD a chance; which I don't regret at all. The DVD is 50 min long, and it's a very relaxed and nice start of the day. My head feels much more clear, I feel already less stressed and are much more relaxed!

Never tried yoga?

Have you never tried yoga I would really suggest u to try! U'll feel stiff and clumsy in the beginning but u'll be surprised how fast u'll feel a difference: how relaxed and calm u'll feel. Even though I've done "power yoga" before, I'm doing "yoga for beginners" now. "Power yoga" is more complicated, has different positions and feels more like u're exercising while "yoga for beginners" is more stretching. But there's many different kinds of yoga, so just try whats best for u and I'm sure u're gonna enjoy it!

Jag skriver om saker som ligger mig varmt om hjärtat! Jag läser första året på tränarprogrammet på GIH så mitt liv kretsar extra mycket kring studier och idrott just nu.
